Lasting Power of Attorney ("LPA")

The LPA is a legal document that allows a person who is aged 21 years and above ("donor") to voluntarily appoint one or more persons ("donee(s)") to make decisions and act on his behalf should he lose mental capacity one day.

Grant of Letters of Administration ("LA") or Grant of Probate

The Deceased's Estate may be a small one, which cannot justify the usual lawyer's fees in the Court application for the Grant of LA or Grant of Probate. If so, you may consider using the Public Trustee's services for this Court application, provided you satisfy all their requirements.
